    Player Evaluations for the 2017-2018 Season
     
    All players must register for Evaluations. 
    Click REGISTER below.
      
     Registration is through the Affinity Sports, which is used state wide by SC Youth Soccer. 
      
    Players who participated in Fall 2016 and/or Spring 2017 soccer in South Carolina have an existing account in Affinity and must register as a Returning User. 
     
    If you do not know your log in information, choose "Forgot Username and Password".  You will need access to the email address of the parent who registered the player. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. For additional assistance accessing online registration, please contact Affinity Sports at (855) 703-2575.
     
    REMINDERS:  
    • Evaluation schedule is posted on the DISA website.
    • Please be certain to provide correct email address.
    • All notifications and other important information will be sent by email. 
    • All registrations MUST list the player name as stated on the birth certificate.
